Payment and Billing

If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you selected. Billing occurs on a recurring basis, and you're responsible for providing valid payment information. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

BacklineOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the past 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BacklineOS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
